Choosing the right maintenance plan is a big decision, and you’ll want to know exactly what’s included. That’s why we’ve answered the most common questions below—so you can see how our service works, what to expect, and why preventative maintenance pays off.

How fast is your response?

Response times depend on your plan. Essential clients get a 48-hour target, Comprehensive 24 hours, and Total Peace of Mind as fast as four hours for urgent issues. Non-contract callouts have no guaranteed response and are handled as availability allows.

Can you support mixed fleets of units?

Yes. Many clients run a mix of rental and purchased units across different sites. We can cover them all under one contract, assign unique IDs, and even add QR codes for easy ticketing. This ensures consistent service and reporting across your entire fleet.

What’s included vs. billable?

Inspections, response times, and callout fees are included or discounted depending on your plan tier. Labour and parts are billed at preferential rates, except on Total Peace of Mind where minor repairs and a parts allowance are built in. No surprises, everything is clearly outlined.

Do you cover out-of-hours?

Yes, but cover depends on your plan. Total Peace of Mind clients have 24/7 access to an emergency hotline and rapid response. Essential and Comprehensive clients receive Mon–Fri cover with optional emergency callouts available at additional cost if needed.

What if we don’t have a contract yet?

No problem—you can still request a repair on a pay-as-you-go basis. However, you’ll pay higher callout fees, parts mark-ups, and wait longer for a response. Most clients move onto a plan quickly once they see how much faster and cheaper it works out.
